We ask for 2-3 business days for a sign to be completed once the art is approved. Typically though, it is ready within 24-48 hours. If you selected pickup, we will contact you when it is ready. If you selected shipping, your product will ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Once your label has been created, you will receive a notification with your tracking info. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracker to update.

Of course! We design and print all our signs in shop. After checkout, you will have the option to leave a comment or note. You can leave any requests like names or color customizations in the there. If we have any questions, we will contact you.

We would love to make you a new sign! If you received a damaged sign during shipping, please take photos of the damaged box and sign and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. While you will not be charged for a new sign, we do require you to pay for the shipping.
All of our signs are print to order and many of them are personally customized. We do not accept returns however we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the received product, please contact us within 24 hours either by phone or email.
